The RCMP and local police will shift attention from arresting citizens for possession to enforcing the newly established laws on the commercial sale, cultivation, and consumption of cannabis.
The FDA will establish standards for cultivating, processing, and distribution of all cannabis.
The Tax Department will amend the Tax Code to allow for the inclusion of a tax of 20% on all sales of cannabis.
Dispensaries will have to apply for a license from the established committee to sell cannabis products every year.
Citizens will be required to produce valid identification and be 18 years old for the purchase of cannabis at a dispensary.

Any subsequent proposal furthering this initiative should attach the corresponding number and title in order to have it considered as part of the overall proposal.
